Follow-Up: Craigslist Raid of Oregon Resident Was a Burglarly

Last week, you might have heard of an Oregon man who’s house was raided by means of a Craigslist posting. Well, it was in fact a poorly-staged burglary as two people were arrested after an investigation on the matter.

JACKSONVILLE, Ore. — Police arrested two suspects Monday night in the cruel Craigslist hoax that cost a Southern Oregon man much of what he owned.

Amber Herbert, 28, of Medford, and her husband, Brandon Herbert, 29, were arrested and charged with conspiracy to commit burglary and conspiracy to commit a computer crime.

Craigslist + Police = Caught Criminals. Good Job! This one example validating my claim that with the current legislation, criminals can be caught; with no need to further restrict the Intarnetz.
