I’m happy to let you know about another purpose on my blog – it’s to share my reviews and angles on books that I have been sent by publishers. Occasionally, I will review a book on my own accord, but so far, I’ve been given a set of books in my arsenal to review and I plan to read them and let you know what I think of them.
Honestly, not every book will resonate with me. I am fairly critical of books that don’t match the substance of their cover. Likewise, I look at the style and the way the author leads me through their examples, stories and suggestions. That said, I will remain objective the best I can as I review books.
I want to reiterate that sending me a free book is not the means of securing a positive mention from me. However, it’s a kind gesture that I will disclose when applicable in each post.
