
I’m tired, sleepless nights to blame, but ah whatever. She’s helping me prepare to become a team lead (using generic talk for call center supervisors that customers talk to, though we call them CSS). I’m good at talking to people, and I think with the proper skills and ideaology I can nail it with her help.
Just waiting for the job posting. In the meantime I’m trying to get all my calls perfect by my department’s standards so they can check them all and be like “Joe really own3d”.
