Getting Extended Basic cable for FREE!

I was bored and kinda curious in getting into my cable box outside to see about remove my filter, “cable trap” and see the results. Well, I was amazed at how simple it was, just unscrew the ends of the cable, and since it was two male ends, I had to think of something to couple it together, I used a splitter and used that. I had all channels I wanted.

I had my liberal [truthful] news, and my right wing spin zone [FOX News], my laughs (Comedy Central), and all the rest of the movie channels (AMC, Lifetime, hm, others… but thats all I thought of…) My cable internet wasnt affected (good or bad), and had some nice quality TV. Well…

Since I seem to be fearful of the all important Cable technician of looking at my box and then shutting off my service :( . Maybe if it wasnt SO expensive I wouldnt have the urge to steal it. To get the “extended basic”, it costs an extra $22 on top of what I pay. Um, no, not that important.
Since the filter/trap looks like two CO2 small cannisters, I may just buy two from eBay and drill it out on the inside, and make my own Coax connection, but keeping the casing looking original. The odds of a cable tech running a oscilliscope test on it, are very slim since thats work… so it’d be easy.
